QuickLogix announces name change to Bitlogix Software LLC 

Dallas, TX, December 1, 2004 – QuickLogix International announced today that the company’s shareholders and board of directors approved a name change to Bitlogix Software LLC, effective immediately. The Company’s website has been changed to www.bitlogix.com.

The Bitlogix brand is synonymous with advanced control technology and exceptional software design. Bitlogix develops software tools for audiovisual applications to assist in controlling and maintaining audiovisual equipment over a LAN/WAN. The Bitlogix NetControl® software gives the user the ability to do remote maintenance of audiovisual equipment over a TCP/IP network without actually seeing the AV equipment. It is designed to run in 24/7 applications. NetControl® is compatible for use with Microsoft® Windows® 2000 and Microsoft® Windows® XP.
